I made the original design by hand from flowers I grow for pressing in Worcestershire. The botanicals were then carefully scanned and then printed onto my cards by my local production partners here in the UK.
The names of the many flowers I grew and then pressed to make the original design include violas, pink and red roses, yellow potentillas, astrantia, orange, purple and pink verbena, blue larkspur, autumn hydrangeas, thalictrum leaves, fuchsias, creamy may blossom, tiny blue forget-me-nots and green Lady's Mantle flowers (Alchemilla Mollis) a popular cottage garden plant.
